The hotel reeked of mold, mildew, and possibly cigarette smoke and had issues such as broken curtains, a blood-stained chair, a torn desk chair, a TV that didn't work properly, and a broken shower wand. I initially thought I had made the booking directly with the hotel.

The service met all my expectations. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. However, there was an issue where they seemed to spend more time socializing with their colleagues than attending to guests, which was a bit disappointing. I also encountered extreme rudeness when trying to resolve a room issue, leading to additional expenses that left me extremely frustrated.

The hotel's location in San Bernardino was good for the purposes of my trip. It was close to everything I needed and provided a space to keep some distance from others. However, the smell of mold in the room and possibly cigarette smoke was definitely a downside.

My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were not only very comfortable but also conveniently located near essential facilities like the ice machine, laundry room, exercise room, pool, and jacuzzi. The cleanliness and the good size of the rooms made our stay very pleasant. However, the noise from the busy road affected my sleep quality a bit, especially due to the loud motorcycles and cars accelerating excessively nearby.

However, the room itself was in poor condition with stains all over the floor, scratched doors, a hole in the bathroom door, and a film over the shower and sink. Moreover, half of the lights were not functional.
